SAIT Web Design & Development student based in Calgary. I design and build fast, accessible front-ends using modern technologies, pairing clean code with a strong visual eye. Photography and graphic design shape how I compose interfaces-details, hierarchy, and light matter to me. I'm also fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, a skill that broadens how I connect and create. Originally from Newfoundland but having lived in many places, I care about clear, friendly experiences that work for different people and contexts. I'm excited to keep growing, and I'm open to internships, junior roles, and freelance projects where I can contribute and learn.

Responsive masonry-like grid with a simple JavaScript lightbox for immersive viewing. Optimized images and preloading for snappy transitions. Most photos shot on a Sony A7riii, using focal lengths of 85mm, 50mm, and 35mm.

Explored navigation, wayfinding, and trip planning. Produced user flows, wireframes, and high‑fidelity UI in Figma with accessibility considerations.

Redesigned core flows (search, route details, live updates). Conducted lightweight discovery (e.g., card sorting / tree testing) and iterated from low‑fi wireframes to polished UI with a consistent design system.

A branding exercise where I developed a complete visual identity for a fictional chewing gum brand. The project included designing the logo, defining a color palette and typography system, and creating mockups to demonstrate application across different mediums.
